Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until set. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes; remove from over and sprinkle with chopped tomato, shredded cheese, and fresh basil. Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, onion, ham, 1/2 cheese and garlic powder. Cover with rest of cheese. When the pan is hot, add the olive oil and heat. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Melt butter in a 12-inch oven-proof (cast iron) skillet; add egg mixture. Mix well. Tip skillet so bottom and sides are coated with butter.
